The Wisconsin Dells High School was a new construction project that we were excited to be chosen as the roofing contractor. Working closely with CG Schmidt for scheduling and safety purposes, Long Life Roofing served as a vital partner in bringing this project in on time and under budget. Installation of 164,000 sq.ft. of a Firestone fully-adhered EPDM roof system began in November of 2019 and was completed in August of 2020.

The Baraboo School District wished to modernize spaces and expand common areas in order to produce a state-of-the-art school and learning space. In order to accomplish this not only was an addition put in place but also a vertical expansion of the existing space. The challenge of keeping a project that involves a vertical expansion watertight through the winter months, while students and staff occupied the building, was taken on successfully by Long Life Roofing. A Firestone EPDM fully-adhered roof system was installed to the existing roof areas and the expansion areas. The quality materials and workmanship were the perfect combination for this beautiful renovation.

When the need for an expanded medical facility was recognized in Portage, Wisconsin, they wanted to insure that the facility was built to last and the patients and equipment housed inside protected.  Due to our outstanding performance during the first phase of construction, Long Life Roofing served as the only roofing contractor throughout the entire multi-building expansion process.

Long Life Roofing was honored to be selected as the roofing contractor for the $3 million dollar renovation of the Al Ringling Theatre in Baraboo, Wisconsin. When a building is as cherished as this one by its small town community, careful scrutiny is given as to who will be entrusted with the protection of this historic treasure. Our trained personnel took extra care to ensure the theatre would remain water-tight throughout the extensive renovation and for many years in the future.

The Lake Delton branch of the Bank of Wisconsin Dells received an addition and complete exterior upgrade in 2016. In addition to the installation of a fully-adhered Firestone EPDM rubber roof system on the flat roof areas, we installed DECRA Shake XD metal shingles in the color of Pinnacle Gray to the sloped roof areas. This gave the building the look of a shake roof system but with the endurance of a metal roof system. The result is a beautiful building the community can be proud of.
